3. Ordering and Payment
- Initial Deposit: 50% upon signing Service Agreement
- Final Payment: 50% upon project completion
- Payment Method: Stripe (credit/debit cards)

4. Intellectual Property
We retain rights to our proprietary frameworks and tools. You retain rights to your business information and content. Upon full payment, we grant exclusive license to custom-developed deliverables.
5. Limitations of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed 100% of fees paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages or third-party service failures.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
