AI Agent Development

• Discovery & Planning: Full refund within 7 days before development
• Development Phase 1: 50% refund if cancelled
• Development Phase 2+: No refund, work completed is billable

Website Development

• Design Approval: Full refund before development
• Development (50% complete): 25% refund minus costs
• Development (75% complete): No refund
